I can't figure out how to remove it. I tried to unscrew buffer tube first, but it wont budge. I tried pulling a bit on the stock after removing the lug in the back, but it wont budge. What is the proper procedure to take it off?

EDIT: I got it off, see post below.

Are you asking on how to remove the stock from the receiver extension?

If so, then you may have your work cut out for you. There were a few posts on how the outer stock tubes were a very tight fit over the receiver extensions.

A few people went to the point of using a rubber mallet to drive the sleeves onto the receiver extensions.

If this is what your up against, then let us know, and we can walk you threw the solution.

I wanna take the whole ace stock off so I can replace it with a vltor.

EDIT: Ok I tried putting clp in the cracks where it connects, then hitting the pistol grip, while bracing the stock, with a rubber mallet. The darn thing will not budge.

EDIT 2: Lol! I got so pissed I went back and hit it with all my might, it then jently went "poot" and slid off. Stupid stock. Thanks for your help, I probabbly wouldn't have tried the rubber hammer without your post saying thats how it was installed.
