What would cause the charging handle on my BAR10 to pop back into my face when firing?   I have stripped the weapon twice to clean and still have the problem.  Any ideas?

Its an early number gun...

It could be one of two things:
1. Look at your locking button on the top of your charging handle. Is this button worn down?
2. Look inside the upper receiver. The locking button rests in a divot. Is this divot worn down or are there any grooves in it?

I had a Bushie that the charging handle latch cracked on me, only 50 rounds I sent it back and they replaced it for free. Yours could be cracked, Mine cracked right at the roll pin hole.
