I have a new eotech took it out in the Ga. humidity and it fogged. Anything I can put on the glass that is safe to keep it from fogging up.

Try some RainX from local automotive parts store.

Is it common for EOTechs to fog up? I have some tactical goggles with a permanent fog-proof coating on the inside of the lens. Seems like that would be a necessity for a tactical gun sight.

Did you let it acclimate to the weather? Or did it stay this way the whole time you were shooting? It should not be fogging on the inside if that is what happened!! If it's on the outside it is OK since it should climatize to the outside temp. I know my Eotech and Aimpoint for that matter both will fog for a minute or so when going from the indoor (cool) air to the extreme outdoor humidity and heat. I don't touch it and it goes straight away.

It was so humid the other night it didnt go away after 5 minutes. I brought it back inside and it unfogged. I will try the rainx on the outside glass
