If you go with a rail and a ring combo from the same maker, you'll be more assured of getting the correct height/dimensions.  A #38 Sleeve(scout rail) and a #22M68 Aimpoint ring with no spacer, it'll be right on target.

I would go with GG&G's Cantliver Aimpoint ring. You only need to buy one item. You can save some money.Try Impact for it. Or Quantico Arms.
