I found Troy's mag rankings very informative,but I have an exception I'm curious about.A local dealer has mags that appear to be Phosphate or Teflon coated,they appear to be identical to the mags with the "England" sticker on them.However,these mags have a "Singapore" sticker on them.Same sticker design,same location on the mag.Are these the same quality as the "England" mags?Thanks in advance...

Yes they are...they are identical to the "England" mags in every way except for the follower. I picked some up and instead of the dark blue follower of the England mags, the Singapore mags came with w gray follower. I quickly ditched them for green USGI followers.

I did a little review on the Singapore mags a little while back. The pictures no longer work and I'm to lazy to find a new host but you'll get the information you need:
