New Ar owner here. I shoot steel case rounds in my ak but i was wondering if steel case rounds would hurt my new AR , a DPMS M4.
Steel case Wolf is a whole lot cheaper so i have to ask. Thanks. B

Steel cased ammo will not hurt your rifle.

But it does void your warranty.

And if's it new, may not run well. I had to run 400-500 rounds of brass for it to feed wolf. Even then It would shoot it but after 90 rounds cases would stick & then double feed.

Try a box or two first and then see.

I prefer silver bear to wolf or brown bear and have never had an issue with it. Now wolf every once in awhile i get a jam.

I have a bolt savage and a DPMS A-4 that both got scratched chambers from ONE round each of WOLF Steel case. I will never buy a wold steel cased shell again
