Just posting the details of my findings for anyone else who may feel standard risers at 1.4" - 1.5" is too high for a very consistent cheek weld.

I tend to have a heavy cheek weld, as even this solution is maybe .1" too high when I literally rest my head for the cheek weld in prone and shadowing is introduced into the eyebox.  However, it is perfect and very repeatable for everything else off hand and sitting/standing supported with tripod, etc.

TPS High rings (one inch tube) (.685) gives 1.185" to middle of tube over rail height.  The rings are .62" (5/8"/15.8mm) wide.  Note the small spaces of tube on my scope, this really helped fit the narrow margin.  My objective (sunshade) is 1.812" (46.03mm) and leaves a clearance of 0.279" (7.09mm).
