The Stag Arms website lists their M4 type barrels as 1/9 chrome lined Nato chambered. Are these 4140 or 4150?

I e-mailed them with that same question and they replied 4140.

Bravo Company is selling the longer Stag 20-inch 1/9 upper model and they stated that it's 4140 material.

Look at the second upper shown in their webpage.
