Have you tried Northridge International www.northridgeinc.com/ar15_m16.htm. I ordered two set from them. Good condition just a little CLP or oil and they look almost new. They were a little slow at filling the order, about three weeks.

I don't know if there still around but I bought new in the wrap sets a couple of years ago from R-Guns. They were advertized as Colt's, $29 a set

Northridge had them for $15 a pair. So naturally in the proud ARFCOM tradition, I bought 2 sets.
