There should be an NSN stamped on the left side, and the color is just too blue. I vote fake.

Can't see the pics now (probably work related), but if it doesn't have an NSN and the word "Trijicon" cast into the body, white lettering stating a tritium warning and matching serial numbers etched into the main body and rear eyepiece (on the top of the scope), it's a fake.
