It was probably a 5 pager here 3 months ago, but I missed it

any meaningful change to their products/product line?

Surefire uses an integrated A2 and mount.  RD uses a seperate mount behind whatever flash hider you want to use.  RD is not the new name for Troy any more than Samson is the new Troy.  RD made the suppressor for Troy as a subcontractor and are now making them under their own name.
