Okay So my M4gery's conversion is basically complete. Im still looking for an
EOTech to replace the (Cheap @ss) TacPoint, but basically its all done. Its a
RRA upper + lower with custom contour barrel (from ADCO)  a custom Paint job
using Flat dark earth + OD Green, (all KG done by ADCO), PRi 30mm rings +
Charging handle. Im using a Surefire G2 Nitrolon and a Vltor mount for the
weapon light. Also CAA Stock saddle (Which id say is the best $20 ever spent)
and a Daniel Defense 9.5 FSP. I think its looking good so far, still need
some sort of Tactical Sling Setup. So what do ya think? And what is a good
Tac Sling setup for a rifle like this?

Thanks

Are you a lefty?
How do you reach the Surefire?

Either way, I llike the paint scheme! Hope to see the "final" version...!

I think he has check weld adapters on both sides. I also do that with my Vltor

Me too.
I was just asking, cause I find it pretty awkward to reach my light w/o a VFG...

(also diggin' the teardrop FA!)

Well if he adds a VG he could use his thumb to engage the light.

My left hand can reach the surefires momentary switch with ease. ( guess i should've posted a pic  of that but....sorry)

I like it but the black stock saddle and grip stick out like a sore thumb.

Im hoping to get an ergo suregrip soon, i really liked the feel of it,  but as far as the stock goes, its an aluminum 4 position that i bought and really like, but i wanted some battery storage, so the stock saddle seemed perfect.

Very nice! I had a light mounted like that before I got my vert. grips. When you hold the hand guard and shoot it like a normal rifle your index finger can hit the light switch. At least that is how I did it in the past.

How did you get the stock saddle to fit on that stock?  I'd been told they wouldn't fit on the regular collapsible stocks?  GREAT LOOKING SET-UP!

Saddle is fine.....just being black makes it stand out.....paint that puppy OD or FDE to match the rest.

I had to take my exacto knife and cut a slot in top for it to fit around the sling loop, i guess its made to fit the 6 pos stock.
