Here is my current setup:

http://img368.imageshack.us/img368/6771/img7282ga8.jpg

After today shooting out to 600 yards, I'm torn between a high end type optic of the USO or Leupold make

or..... (insert crux of situation)

Now...an Aimpoint. I was strongly considering an ACOG.

I want: A setup that is moderately accurate out to 300 yards.

Is a 2 moa dot on an Aimpoint sufficient for this?

If not, and weight is a concern....should I go with an ACOG or a higher power, longer range optic on my 16" Sabre barrel?

P.S. This gun shoots awesome how it is set up, I just want higher quality optics than what is currently on it. (also, much, much lighter.)

Thanks in advance for the input! :)

My recommendation is Trijicon TA31F ACOG.

They're good out to 600+, should perform awsome for you at 300 yds.

Acog would work pretty well.

You could do an Aimpoint too really well, not that much hold over at 300 depending on how you zero it.

Looks like it may satisfy all your needs. (Ellis Optics)

And, if you do decide ACOG, the TA11 is a much better optic than the TA31 due to it's greater eye relief. The TA31 I don't like so much. It's overly sensitive to head position.
