I stand corrected.  I failed to read up on the subject.  You can sell them, its just hard to find a FFL to transfer them.

Clue:     There isnt anybody TO register it with!!

OK no Federal registration right ? how about state I'm in Oregon does any one
know for sure. I guess this question is asked since it seems many of the dealers who sell 80% receivers
never give a straight answer perhaps because of a gray area subject to interpetation? they
usually give you a link to the gov sight but never answer with a yes or no .

I think you have the option of putting a serial number on it, if you want.

No serial numbers.
Yes, you can sell it, you just can't build it with the intention of selling it.
