I need to add a sleeve to the inside of a 5.5" FH in order to make it inop. Anyone know how this is done while its on the rifle? Materials used?

I'd take and have a sleeve machined from 4130, 4140, or 416 SS, press it into the flash hider bore, and TIG it in a few spots at the front.
