Brand new rifle:
16" Bushy Patrolmans Carbine (M4 barrel).
ARMS BUIS and #46CV
EOTech 512
Will be used for LEO warrent team ops.
Conditions will cover distances from CQB to apprx 300yds.
Ammo:60 gr TAP or similar.
Should I sight in at 200?
Sight-in irons first and then the EOTech or vice versa?
Note/this setup does not allow co-witnessing. Any advice on that?
Please help.

I would suggest irons first, and I read somewhere that if you sight in at 300 you're covered for anything closer than that as well. *shrug* where in LA, if you dont mind me asking?

If you don't have irons, how difficult is it to sight in an EoTech?   Isn't it just like sighting in any other scope or optic?  Windage and elvevation adjustments to get on target?

Yes, just as easy as any other optic with windage and elevation adjustments.
