Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Sight picture with a 3X magnafier

I have a CompM3 2MOA Aimpoint and the dot is very sharp, however I just mounted my new 3Xmagnafier and when I sight thru the 3X the dot becomes somewhat of a blob.  Is that the norm? I can live with it but would like to know if others have the same sight picture as I do.

No not with mine. It becomes even more clear for me. Try turning your dot down.
