modular : + flexibility (put rails where you want it)
- more scews that may come loose and get lost fixed : + KISS (keeps things simple) - less flexibility Both are basically good. The choice ultimately depends on your taste / needs.

If you can pull your own barrel go with a one piece FF barrel. If you cannot (or don't want to pay to have it done) then go with a two piece. C4 |

+1. Also most modular systems add a little bit of weight so give that some consideration as well. |
