S&B SS109 was exceptional out of my RRA...I paid $4.25 per box @ a local gun store, he only had 4 boxes, though. I might pick up a case, if the price is right. "My Ammo Tests" http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=16&t=162555

You will see more mixed reports on S&B ammo than anything you could think to mention. Some absolutely love it, while some hate it. I bought a few boxes of it early this Spring and upon testing it, I have to say I love it. This is the SS109 loads that is, I have never tried the 55 gr because I don't like the S&B 55 gr bullet design. What I saw was great accuracy, very good velocity and no problems of any kind. I was using it in a Colt 20" HBAR. -Charging Handle
