Off hand I would say: No one. Although I could be wrong.
A good gunsmith should be able to do the neccesary mill work without too much trouble or expense I would imagine*. *imagine = I do that quite a bit. [;)] |

Bushmaster is the best for a RDIAS. Mine fit with no mods. HTH

HTH Also DPMS forged lowers[:D] To my knowledge they are the only two people making lowers w/the original low shelf right now; but if I'm wrong, someone PLEASE give us the info, 'cause Bushies are too expensive, and DPMS too variable in quality. |

I also found out that Stinger and Mega are makeing the unblocked lowers.
