I have a Oly PCR 4 that shoots very well with a Leupold CQT on it, but I would like to reach out a bit further than 100 yards.  What kind of accuracy can I expect if I was to mount a Leupold VXII on the Leupold carry handle mount with Leupold rings of course?  The model of scope I was looking at purchaseing is the 4x14-40.  I am looking at buying a flattop in the future, and of course I will set the scope on it but for in the meantime, what can I expect of of this setup?

It will be more accurate than you are.

It will also be ackward IMHO as a carry handle mount puts the scope up pretty high. You'll be more comfortable with the rig on the flat-top once you get it.
