Hey all.

First off I'd like to say hi to everyone, been reading this forum for a long time.  Finally found the motivation to create a new email address so I can post on here.

My first question for you all is:  What do you guys like using to level your mid power optics?  I just picked up a Trijicon Accupoint 3-9X with a mil-dot reticle and I would like to throw it in an SPR mount from Larue.  This is my first time mounting an optic of any significant power, and my google searching of scope leveling didn't bring me much help.  I have heard of using a bore sighter that projects a horizontal line onto the wall which you can use to align your cross hairs.  Would that be a viable option?  I am looking for the most accurate way possible within reason.  Thanks for any advice or ideas, and thank you all for teaching me everything I know about the AR platform!

If you have access to a couple of levels or at least one, put the gun in a vice or something that will hold it and check the level of the base and then mount the scope and put the level on the top adjustment cap and rotate the scope so it matches the level of the base.
