New Charles Daly lower & new RRA two stage trigger. Installed trigger, functions fine..bit "gritty" as it's new but that's OK.
Installed safety, detent, spring and Miad grip and trigger will not function (fire). Took it all apart, reinstalled and same result.
I've built 9 AR's and I'm stumped. I was thinking of taking the RRA two stage out of another functioning AR (Rock River lower)
and putting it in the Daly to see if that works. If it does then I can assume the Daly lower is out of spec maybe? I think I
should go thru at least that elimination process. As well as taking the new trigger and putting it in the Rock River lower
and checking that. Are out of spec lowers that common.....?
Anyone had this problem?
Appreciate any and all help-suggestions.
Thanks much

Did you use the screw that came with the miad or reuse the old screw? The old screw is too long and impacting the bottum of your trigger if you reused it.

Some RRA triggers have too much meat on the area that contacts the safety selector not allowing it to fire. The easy and safe fix is to remove some metal from the notch in the safety.
