Saw one at the local gun shop today

Had a collapsable stock and an A1 flash hider

Serial range SP129XXX

What should I be looking for if it were all original

Gotta know by Monday

It depends on your location. If you live in a free state (one without its own AW ban), then it is worth no more than any current production AR-15 rifle, in my opinion.

Any and all particulars would help, I dont know as much about the SP1's

I'm thinking about 1979 or 1980 production

I'm just looking for any SP1 details,

Educate me in a quick SP1 101 class
