As far as I know, its a matter of preference. The M model requires removal of the slip (delta) ring, the C model does not.

The V-Match comes with a tubular aluminum handguard, and no delta ring. I guess this means the "M" model is the way to go...??

Soory bout that, I guess you could say I had a brain fart. Yes, I believe that you'd have to remove the handguard and go with the M model because as far as I know, the C model wont fit.
