If you select the 4 pay plan for ammo that is not in stock....do they charge your card for the first installment at the time of order or at the time of shipment?

They don't charge until they ship, that is assuming they don't cancel your order first or try to charge you more. I believe they will charge you the $29.99 membership fee right up front though.
