Anybody got any idea how to time one of these? I can't really find much on the old googles so I humbly ask you sages of the black rifle.

The socom or legacy? I have the socom, and the SF logo goes at 12:00, and the notch that mates up with the suppressor goes at 6:00.
It should come with a shim kit that shows you how to time it. If you don't have that, maybe contact surefire. |

i got the socom one, yeah i got the shims, i was afraid of this answer haha since my old AAC flash hider required no timing so i assumed id get lucky with this one
