I have a colt 1 in 9 twist, 20 inch barrel, shooting q3131a for the most part. I have a aimpoint ML2 for 100 yards for self defense, I need a scope for 350 yard varmit hunting,@ a cost of 200.00 or less. Please let me know what you may suggest.Pictures are greatly appretiated.
thanks,
jim

$200 isn't much of a scope - and you'll need some for accurate 300 yard shooting. At that price you'll do well with a Simmons. A few bucks more will get you a Weaver.

I would recommend a bushnell elite 3200 10x mildot. You can get one online for about $160 plus shipping. I just got mine, but haven't gotten a chance to shoot with it yet. It looks very good though. Model number is Model #32-1040M. http://www.outdoormarksman.com/merchant/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=om&Product_Code=BUS-32-1040M&Category_Code=BUS-RFS-020-E3200

Might want to take a look at the Leupold Rifleman scopes at Wally World.

A 16x would be better, but < $200 is tough...
