Go to short barrel rifles in armory and it's all there in stickies.
I'm on an iPhone so I'll keep it short: Yes lower is registered. $200 tax stamp. Silencer shop is currently the easiest way to file the required ATF paperwork. |

Got to atf website
Place order for form1 and citizenship form and fingerprint form. Complete forms. I got a fingerprint ink pad from staples and do my own forms. Send in to atf with check. Wait No reason to have a shop do a form for you. Yes you can change lengths after. I have 10.5 on one of my forms but it now has a 11.5 |
