To buy a factory built complete SBR you need: form 4 complete with Chief LE officer/ sheriff signature and photograph of yourself, citizenship form, two fingerprint cards, and check / money order for $200 to pay for the stamp which will be affixed to the form 4 upon approval by BATFE. You must live in a state in which they aren't banned.
