This is my maintenance stand, made by MTM Caseguard. Was a gift from a buddy, but any good sporting goods store should be able to get them.

Go to EE, AR15, New Parts for sale. Find MSNOW and Maintenance Stands. I just got one and love it. Good quality and heavy duty. I have no interest in his venture, just passing on a positive oponion and to support a fellow AR15.com'er.

why buy a stand? I use a piece of wood cut off in my table saw to mag. dimensions, mount that in my 100lb vise and mount the rifle on that. the cost is free.

the table saw and vise didnt cost me anything either. Friend of mine give them to me along with a lot of other stuff because his wife bought him all new tools for a wedding present. and he said if i can move it i can have it. so hell, i moved it. didnt say a damn word either............lol.
