Which is the best pistol grips out there.
Ive seen the Hogue and Samco grips, and Im sure there are others out there as well.
Is it a personal choice as to which feels best in your hand? Or is one better than the other?

It's a mix of everything, cost, looks, materials and durability, etc. There's plenty of options, and enough of a price range. For my FAL, they have a number of different options and retrofits from other firearms on top of the original FAL style. It comes down to the proper comfortable fit and money you're willing to spend. A good feeling pistol grip on a rifle is as important to me as if it would be on my .45. In my experience, you can't go wrong with the Hogue grips, and I just installed a fresh one on my A3.

Ergo grip for me. The Hogue comes in 2nd.

I didnt care fore the ergo too much.... the Tango down is way cool but too skinny and not tacky at all. I still love my Hogue's. Have one on pretty much every rifle.

I keep saying this, mayb one day it will happen..... if Hogue mad a sealed battery compartment in the grip that worked like the TD.... that would be the best thing since sliced bread.

It took a while but i tried The standard A2, ERGO, Hogue and the G27. The ERGO just felt better to me with the Hogue right behind it , the G27 and A2. It;s the right hand OD version but I dont have any problem shooting it from the left.
