If it is PMC it is Korean to the best of my knowledge. I like PMC better than XM193 due to better accuracy. Haven't chrony'd either but they seem to be comparable in velocity. My .02 worth.

I've found UMC to run hot, and PMC to have a 5% failure to fire on first primer hit, in pistol ammo.
