I'm looking for a Rem 260 AR style long range target/match rifle. I would prefer a 24" barrel, but a 22" might be ok. I know DPMS and Armalite make them but I was wondering who else I should be looking at?

My budget is about $2000 for the basic rifle so JP Enterprises and most (all?) of the more custom builders are out.

Thanks in advance for any info/recommendations.

If you pick up an LMT MWS you can buy one of their 260 barrels to drop in or get one by another manufacturer converted.

I had a 20" Noveske 6.5CM converted for mine.  Currently have the 308 barrel back in that I chopped to 14.5".
