GackMan, I own 2 of these sights with the triangle .One uses the Trijicon carry handle mount which places the triangle in the same plane as the irons, with the irons occupying the the lower 1/3 of the sight picture. The other mount is the ARMS #15 throwlever mount with a spacer which places the irons in the middle of the sight picture. I use the new ARMS #40 flip up rear with this setup.
Be that as it may, I agree with WofWof that the EOTech is a superior sight to the Reflex II, especially when backed up with the ARMS #40 rear.
If the search function was working, you could see all kinds of comparisons between the dot sights. Since its down, let me just advise you that the Reflex is a very dark sight and adding the Killflash to it will make it even darker. It washes out almost to the point of being invisible when used indoors with a tac light. Outdoors in bright sunlight, the amber reticle becomes almost too bright to use. At night, the reticle is powered by tritium gas, which would be ok if the reticle was bright enough that you could actually see your target.
I now use the Eotech on my "serious" carbine as it suffers from none of the problems that the Reflex has. Also, the EOtech mounts directly to the flat top without needing a special mount and will allow you to co-witness with any backup sights you decide to use.IMHO.
