Got a couple of lowers on the way, thanks to Eagle Firearms, now i need to shop for uppers.  Id like to pick up a couple used.  Im looking for something in 16in and the "noban" goodies.  something like

$400 aint bad, but im gonna start shopping around for bargains.  

Should i be able to pick up a similar upper (complete w/bolt&carrier) for $300 ? :)

Also, what are the handgaurds called that are somewhat "oval" in shape ?  i think they are called "R4" ?

If it was me I would look for a deal here.
