OK Farmboy73 and I have been working a LOT of hours the last few days, 40 hours worked with 4ish hours sleep.
Decided to blow off some steam and head to the range.
Weapons of choice:
Farmboy: GUU-5P and M16A4
Myself: 605, XM177E2 and M16A2
I know not all retro, but hey, we needed to blow off steam and wanted to run these builds out to 200 yards using iron sights only.
Here is the 100 yard target we started shooting at. Rapid fire, (1 round per sec.) Arrow pointing to the steel plate.

Then after a short break moved out to the 200 yard mark. Again arrow points to the steel plate.

Nice guns and nice shooting.  Glad ya'll are working and tomorrow's Friday.  Sounds like the steam was blown away.

we've had 58 days of 100+ here in TX and 26 of them have been consecutive.  i forgot what rain looks like too.

Good shooting and really nice range.  At first glance I thought it was a golf course.

That really is a nice range.  I wish we had something around here out past 100.  Nice shooting too.

Its Tri-County Rod & Gun Club. Was on the waiting list for 2 years before a membership opened, glad I was able to get in
