There like that Bohica outfit in Kalif. If not in stock, forget it.
+1 on PK Firearms.
Companies that sponsor ARFCOM are accountable for customer service. Sure, something gets messed up here and there, but 99%+ of the time there's never an issue.
Is R-guns an ARFCOM sponsor? What about Bohica?
I had issues with both R-guns and Bohica (which might have been a completely different company) back when the 94 AWB was pending.
Personally I wouldn't risk buying from them unless they confirmed in writing that product was in stock, ready to ship, and that your card wouldn't be charged until the product was in the hands of the carrier.
Depending on the "new" terms and conditions your credit card issuer sends you every other week (usually in like 1-point font), remember that there's a finite window of time to dispute a credit card charge.
Policies differ, but I've had banks tell me the time to dispute a charge is calculated from the day the card is charged by the merchant. If the merchant charges now but doesn't ship for X months, it's possible you might not be able to dispute the charge even if the product
never ships.
Before buying from anybody who charges before shipping, I'd learn precisely how long that dispute window is open for your credit card. I'd trust a sponsor that doesn't accept back-orders, or if they do, doesn't charge until the product ships.
