Anyone know if you can use a RRA 16" M4 barrel with a CMT M4 cut upper?

Thanks!

yes...just make sure BOTH have the m4 feedramp cuts or simply ensure that the CMT upper you get doesnt have the m4 cuts (it will work w/ bbls w/ and w/out M4 feedramps)

My new CMT upper will have the M4 cuts but I'm just not sure if my barrel does.  I have some pics. of the barrel but I do not know how to post them...

It's not thursday... but the answer most likely is "no".  RRA doesn't use M4 feedramps, and a non feedramp barrel in an M4 ramped receiver could be very problematic (lower left corner of Randall's photo in the linked thread).

Ok, yeah, I have been seaching and doing some research and I have begun to understand how cut barrels can work or not work with cut receivers and vise versa.  So my next questions is, how hard is it to make the barrel compatible with the ramped upper?  Or is it even possible or reccommended?  It looks like my best option now is to return my M4 stripped upper for the other...

Thanks for all the help!!
