Just wondering if anyone here had any experience with either rifle.  I already have two AR's, one from bushmaster and one from armalite

The armalite has a much higher grade of fit and finish (rear site is square to the frame and does not twist from side to side, FSB is not warped, all of the flashing from forging has been removed prior to coating, etc etc etc...

I'm now wondering how much of a difference there is between the RRA and the Armalite "national match" rifles?  Anyone here have any experiences with either?
Thanks

None of which makes it shoot better.

The twist in the rear sight is part of the M16A2's original design.  I seriously wonder why some people get their knickers in a twist over that.

Like bigbore said, the float tube and trigger is where it's at and Rock River owns Armalite on them.  Plus the rear sight on my RRA is boringly repeatable.

None of the things that I mentioned really "bother" me about the Bushy but if i'm spending equal amounts of money on both then why not pick the one that has a little more attention to detail and has tighter tolerances?

Regardless, this post was meant to compare the two rifles I had listed.  I only meant to illustrate the fact that you can pay exactly the same amount of money and there would be quite a few differences in the "fit and finish" of one compared to another

Thanks
