Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - RRA 24" Varmit: suggested bipod

I purchased my first AR this summer.  I am very happy with it and want to attach a bipod.  I have checked out the weaver and harris bipods at local stores and wasn't too impressed.  Does anybody have any experience with the versapod?  How does their detachable sling swivel stud versions mount?  Does the bipod attach like a sling swivel or does the sling swivel stud have to be removed?
