Does any know if the Rock River Arms 1 piece scope mount is designed to return to zero when removed and reinstalled on a flat top upper?

Close enough for government work.  Mine came within 1/3 inch of previous POI each time.

I have the flat top carry handle, with an aimpoint on it. It seems to go back for me. But then agian, I'm no pro shooter.

My RRA with a Nikon scope on it goes back to 1/2 MOA, not bad for a $45 mount.
