don't forget, the ras panel attachment points only click into the front and the back of the rails

Even properly installed, the plastic panels will have "some" play, but shouldn't slide out of place.

I used to have mine rattle or jingle when I shoot the FF RAS but I used a pair of needle nosed pliers on the tabs to make em engage deeper into the grooves and now they are 100% rock solid with no noise or movement. |

I have Knight's pannels on my DPMS ff handrail, and they fit VERY tight - hard to get on, really, but are now rock solid. I know this may not help you, but I thought I would add that mine have no play whatsoever.
