Hey guys...silly question, what upper/rail is on the middle rifle? I am talking about the one with the solid top rail. Thanks much!

I believe that is a POF piston upper.

That was my first thought.

They (POF dudes) use a non-standard rail height; they prefer a more heads-up shooting stance.
