After re-reading Lt.Col.Santose's explanation of his 50yd/200meter zero, am I

correct that if I zero to poa/poi at 50 yds., I should also be pretty close to poa/poi

at the 200 meter mark?( Which would naturally require confirmation ). Also, since

the range I go to only goes to 200 yds., how much deviation in poi would there be

without those last 18 yds.?

Yes, 50/200 will be pretty close.

At 200, you'll be about 3/4" high.  Of course, that's just an estimate.  It will vary based on cartridge and rifle.  Confirm your zero at both 50 and 200 to be sure.
