I wanted to clarify something about the DD forends. The 9.0 is a midlength correct?

So, I would think that the 9.5 would also be midlength as well, but it looks like it's not, but rather a standard length with the added rail under the FSB. Is this correct? If so, does DD make a midlength version of the 9.5?

The 9.0 is the correct Mid Length Rail system that DD makes.

The 9.5 FSB, as mentioned above, is made to fit a Carbine gas system and contains cutouts for the FSB.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll try contacting Grant about the midlength "9.5" version.

The standard 9.5 was discontinued by DD.

When did that happen? They still make the FSP, right?

.

Yes, the FSP is still made but the old 9.5 is not.

The FSP would not fit correctly on a mid length, only a carbine.
