It is an excellent (my favorite) flash hider and I am curious if it is their invention or if existed before them.

The Phantom Flashhider was developed at YHM in cooperation with ZM Weapons. Proto-types were produced and tested during the early part of 1997 and the design was finalized in December of 1997. To the best of our knowledge there has never been a flashhider with the phantom's unique design features.
