I see all of the talk about the new .458 socom, .499, .50 AE, and .50 Beowulf. So Im very interested in getting a new upper, but I really want to research all of the available options and Im wondering what the others are that are available? Id like more of a mid sized caliber around that has a good long range trajectory over these 1/2 inch monsters. Should i just look for a .308 or what others are there? And let me see what you have if you got pics and your proud of em.

There are plenty of options available - just depends on what you are looking to do. In no particular order (and by no means a complete list) you can find: .69 BlackPowder (Tony @ Trommix made 1) .50 BMG (single shot or magazine fed). .50 Beowulf .50 AE .499 .458 SOCOM .45 ACP 10mm .40 S&W 9mm .300 Whisper / .300 Fireball .30 Carbine 8mm (7.92x57) [beltfed] .308 [beltfed] 7.62x39 7mm PPC 7mm TCU 7mm Whisper 6.5mm whisper 6.5x45 6mm PPC 6mm Whisper 6mmx45 / 6-.223 5.45x45 / .223 .222 5.54x39 / .21 Ghengis .22LR .221 Fireball .20 Tactical .17 Remington Plus, there are some specialty and limited production stuff (IIRC Tony @ Trommix made 1 that was bigger than the .458 SOCOM but it was very limited run). Edited to add the two beltfed uppers, BTW IIRC these two are considered 'rifles' unto themselves.
