Are these mags good or should they be avoided?

They appear to be pre ban Center Industries 30 rd mags made in 1991. Center Industries is a military contractor and are quality mags. The going price for new pre-ban  GI contract mags has been around $20 to $25 each on the AR15.COM mag boards

Never heard of any problems with Center mags.  They are still manufacturing them for the military.  $35 is a little steep.  You can't go wrong with NIW GI mags.
