As of Monday, 9/26, KY Imports has 10 cases (1000/case) of Q3131A on hand at $189.99 + shipping and 108 cases (1000/case) of Q3131, circa 1994, at $189.99 + shipping.  No internet orders, telephone only. Their web site has not been updated in months - don't rely on it for inventory and prices. The Q3131 link has been added to the Ammo Price List.

QA3131 made by Winchester, production stopped in 1999, not highly thought of by some.

This ammo was made ON the LAKE CITY machines. It is sealed at the neck and primer and is HOT 5.56mm. NOT FACTORY SECONDS.  1999 lots you have to worry about, not this.

I have 2000 rounds left for when the SHTF, now that more has sufaced I'll be all over this!
